Quickly Refills Cooling System

“This is an excellent tool for using the suction to check for leaks in a system, as well as a great way to fill a coolant system after a flush. It helps eliminate air from the system and works quickly. All you need is a small compressor with at least 90 PSI, and these will work with it. Easy to use and very helpful!” - George L.

Why Buy Our Coolant System Refiller Kit?

Efficient: Purges trapped air from the cooling system, removing the risk of overheating and causing engine damage. Quickly and easily refills the cooling system with no mess. It has a muffler that reduces the amount of noise it makes.

Convenient: Its universal adapter creates an airtight seal with most radiator and coolant bottle necks —no custom adapters required. Also, this comes in a durable storage case.

Wide Compatibility: It comes with 5 extra adapters and a tapered cone adapter to fit most vehicle cooling systems. The recommended working pressure is 70-110 PSI.

📝Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the other purpose of this product?

A: It helps in the prevention of comebacks and the risk of engine damage and it's easy to check for leaks while under a vacuum.

Q: How to check for leaks?

A: If your vacuum level decreases while all valves are off, you have a leak in your system.

Q: How to use it?

A:

  1. The radiator must be thoroughly drained of fluid before starting. The car should also be engaged and the heater turned on, allowing the heating coil to be evacuated and refilled.
  2. Fit the gauged cooling system adapter firmly into place after finding the proper sized rubber bush for your radiator neck or coolant reservoir. Tighten the valve's tightener clockwise until it fits tightly against the radiator neck.
  3. Connect the venturi valve to the cooling system adapter, the shop air to the venturi valve, and the evacuator hose to the other side of the venturi valve; close all valves until the shop air is connected.
  4. If any fluid is caught in the system, the hose on the other side of the venturi valve may expel it, so place it in a waste fluid pan.
  5. Open the venturi valve and the intermediate valve on the adapter assembly once the air line is attached; draw vacuum until the gauge reads between 50 and 60 cmHG)
  6. Close the venturi valve and the intermediate valve. If the suction in your system lowers, you have a leak. If it doesn't, it's time to refill your coolant.
  7. Connect the coolant hose to the radiator. Drop the other end into a large container of coolant that has been blended to your liking. The coolant will flow if you open the coolant tube valve. Use a large container to avoid running out of coolant and to allow air into the system when the coolant stops flowing or the gauge reaches zero.
