The mounting system on this makes it incredibly versatile. For example, I was able to mount this on my shovels, my rake, and my string trimmer. I will be ordering another one just for my string trimmer because this is so much better than the included handle. This lets me use both arms with different tools. I put it on my rake to give me a little more torque to pull up leaves and clippings without putting more strain on my back. It works to change the ergonomics for shovels too, it is much easier to lift with the extra handle and better on my backing works on other equipment great handle easier on your back, sturdy for as much as I want to lift
This extra handle will be helpful when pushing loads of snow to the sides of my driveway. This second handle will give me added leverage to keep pushing the pile of snow as it gets bigger and heavier. So I do see value in this handle for pushing snow to the sides with a shovel.
As I'm getting older, I can't handle bending over so far to lift snow or push scrapers, so I got this to help with that, and it works really well. It's easy to attach to a tool handle, stays in place well, and gives you that extra leverage that comes in so handy. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.
I have been suffering from atrocious back pain and soreness for as long as I can remember. I have tried hundreds of things on the market to help me dig snow & leaves from my driveway but never thought I would find something as good as this. This attachment is very intuitive and simple to use and I can tell that the quality is going to last.
We are currently building a small, backyard patio using paving stones. This short attachment is beneficial when shoveling the sand & loose gravel.
