How to use:
Step 1: Assemble the front and back baskets together
Step 2: Tighten both sides of the frame with nuts.
Step 3: Flip the basket over and put it on wheels.
Step 4: Attach the spindle arm to the middle of the cargo basket.
Step 5: Clamp the spindle arm and basket with four joint pinch plates.
Step 6: If you need to pull a cart, put the handle on the outside. If not, you put the handle on the inside.
