🌟HOW IT WORKS

• Ultrasonic Cleaning

1. Pour in the injector detergent and place the injectors in the ultrasonic cleaner tank.

2. Connect the pulse signal wire and select the ultrasonic cleaning function to start working.

• Fuel Injector Testing

1. Pour in the test liquid, install the fuel injector to the fuel distributor, and fix it to the main unit by bolts.

2. Test if the injector is leaking or blocked under different functions.

• How to choose cleaning fluid?

• Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. 

• To achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid, but note that the effect may not be good enough.

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: injector cleaner sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0- 20ms): Simulate the engine's idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): Simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
