Very very nice to be able to open a gate from 1 side.

I added this to my 12 foot utility trailer. It was pretty straightforward. You have to drill a lot of holes for everything to attach, so plan on spending several hours on this project. I'm so glad I did. Now, I can just stand on the driver's side of the trailer, pull the handle and lower the ramp.

Great addition to my trailer had to make a few modifications but nothing major, it's just my gate was personally made not bought.

Very simple to install, had to make one modification to center bar holder only because I reinforce my trailer gate with more supports & new mesh. Other than that everything was smooth as silk! Works fantastic & looks great! Much much better than the original locking mechanism that has been on the trailer for 20 years. I highly recommend this product!!

Read about it and thought I'd give it a try. We've been using it for over 3 months now... We used to have to latch each side separately this unit allows the tail gate to be latched from one side, which is a definite improvement over the trailer. It is high quality latch system and will probably outlast the life of the trailer.
