First, latch both chains onto the swivel grab hooks.

Second, ratchet the binder until it is completely open. This will unlock the 12-inch chain and allow you to freely pull the chain.

Next, ratchet down the anti-slip handle until there’s no slack in the chains and they’re nice and snug against your cargo.
