I watched a video and kinda got the hang of it on my own. Nothing has come apart so far, like the other reviews suggested, so we'll see. So far so good, although it hasnt faced rain yet. Holds regular bikes nicely but I still strap our bikes when on the road. Prolly not wise to only rely on the little velco straps that come with it IMO.
I've seen things like this over the years and finally just bought one. It has been such a great purchase. We took all five bikes on vacation and I wish we had bought this sooner. We would've save so many scratches and dings on our bikes and our truck. We had a metal rack that used to hold our bikes but the weld failed and dumped all our bikes into the street. That will never happen with this! I wish I had bought this years ago.
