Installed under house with dehumidifier. Great for crawl space when you need to move stale air out! Should last forever in these conditions.

This is an awesome exhaust fan. I use it in my shop to evac toxic welding and plasma cutting fumes.

Once I tented the rooms where I was doing drywall with some plastic and opened an outside window, with the hose extending out a sliding door sealed w plastic sheeting it seemed to do a decent job of removing sanding dust and paint fumes.
