Everything in the kit is sturdy and will last. I work as a plant mechanic in clean water supply and the mirrors are great to be able to catch views of potential issues in tight spaces you might not normally see. The magnets of course will come in super handy for when you drop that one screw you really need into a tight spot in something you don't want a screw hanging around in because of gears or whatever.
