Easy to assemble, strong, sturdy, liked the fold down feature, and it was at the price that was less than many of the high priced ones were being sold as used. Absolutely thrilled.

I'm very happy with this purchase and now I've expanded the area that my family and I can go out and enjoy the outdoors.

Love it! I purchased some ties so the bike wheels don't spin and this works perfectly, no noticeable rattle. Rack hinges out of the way to all the back hatch to open.

The part that holds the bike is adjustable. So depending on the size of the bike you can move the holders for a better fit.

This is not my first bike carrier, but I can't say the quality is any less than what I have owned or seen. The one significant difference is how they provide a bolt to screw the carrier to your hitch. I wasn't sure I'd like that -- I felt like I needed a locking pin with a key (to keep the hitch from being stolen -- not necessarily the bike). But the more I use it, the more I believe it would take a very desperate criminal to take the time to unthread the bolt -- and that assumes they even brought the 1/2" socket and I was parked somewhere where they wouldn't be seen. All that work for a hitch? I'm not convinced anyone would bother.
