We disconnected our dryer from the outside vent and used this, brought humidity and helped heat the house over the winder. Used it all winter for a family of 4 and only had to clean it out about once very 2 weeks. Great investment

Best purchase ever

Our vent was going into our wall up to the roof it stayed stopped up not to mention that's a Fire hazard and it has tore up our dryer 3 times as having to replace the heating element due to it having to work harder.I would have to dry a load of clothes 3xs!!! so we seen this and purchased my clothes dry first round and only thing is I have to leave my laundry room door open due to the moisture but that seemed to have fixed that issue so small price to pay.Worth every penny.We now have it installed on the wall.we hooked it up and tried it several times before we attached.

Perfect for my situation.

Laundry room in the basement, but we aren't going to run the dryer vent outside until we finish the addition to the house.
