Easily Seat Your Tire Bead

Time Saver! I bought this to seat the beads on some very stubborn tires onto my standard 20x9 Ram 1500 wheels. I filled the tank to 125 psi each time and had all four tires seated in under 10 minutes. It was so simple and easy to use.” - Charlie S.

Why Buy Our Tire Bead Seater?

DURABLE: It is made of 2.5 mm carbon steel and has a powder coating that prevents rust and corrosion. Features a specially designed lip that keeps the threaded barrel at the ideal angle for air insertion during bead seating, while the quick-release valve spreads the air to provide a full impact of air discharge into the tire.

CONVENIENT: This 5-gallon tire bead seater includes an on/off valve for controlling the tank filling. Its air gauge is exposed, which accurately shows the air volume. It is suitable for vehicles, cars, trucks, lawn tractors, tractors, large tractors, RVs, ATVs, and more.

EASY TO USE: It has an easy-to-read gauge since different vehicles require different levels of operating pressure. The gauge can help you in precisely reading and adjusting pressure for various vehicles. Its maximum pressure is 145 PSI (1.0Mpa)

📝Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the main purpose of this tool?

A: The Tire Bead Seater is used when a tire, new or used, is mounted on a wheel and the tire bead does not touch both sides of the wheel, making inflation possible. The air trigger on this tool releases a massive burst of air, inflating the tire and seating it to the wheel rim.

Q: How to use it?

A: After correctly positioning the high-pressure tube between the tire and the wheel rim and immediately turning on the valve, you will complete inflating the tire and then turn off the valve. Please wear ear and eye protection before inflating the air.

    Must Have for DIY-ers!

I used this to set the bead on a large pickup tire. I flipped the tire upside down on the tire changing stand and shot it. I tried right side up multiple times without luck. The upside down tire design worked with a warm tire. Instead of battling with problematic tires, I can just blast them and do the job faster without having to visit the tire store. Must have for DIY-ers!

    Nice tool

It worked nicely for me on an used set of tires. It took me a few tries on the first tire to get the hang of it, but after that I was able to seat them in one shot.

I needed to use it to seal up several little front mower tires, and it worked great.
