Functionally, all the valves felt good, nothing about the kit felt flimsy or cheap. Would recommend for professionals or advanced DIYers.
They were easy to install, and very sturdy. No leaks in the first try. However, these are 3/4" but all my plumbing is 1/2" and I could not find 1/2" service valves for water heater, so you have to use adapters everywhere. I am very happy with the product.

They seem to be very good quality, stainless steel valve balls, with nylon bushings and brass body. It also isn't clear from the pics or description, but there are UNION connections to connect the valves to the water heater, which make it much easier to replace the water heater if needed. I'm very happy & was pleasantly surprised by the unions and overall quality. I will be ordering again.
