This is my favorite offroad gadget ever! I have been using it with a cheap smittybuilt electric compressor to air up and down the 33s on my Armada, it is so convenient and easy I even use it to equalize and adjust my tire pressures before going on road trips now. I can’t tell you how much time I’ve wasted kneeling in the snow or mud airing up and down tires the old way. Now I can literally just clip the system on and hang out in the truck for a few minutes until my tires are all inflated or deflated… there’s no going back once you try it!

Q: What air connection is on the manifold to connect to an air source?A: The slide valve has an “Industrial/Milton Adapter” to connect into an air source.
Q: Is my compressor powerful enough to push air into all 4 tires at once?A: Absolutely! If you were able to fill up your tires before, then using a 4 Tire Inflation Deflation System will just be easier on your compressor. Just make sure that your compressor is rated for the PSI that you plan on putting in your tires.
Q: How long does it take to fill up a set of 4 tires?A: Your mileage may vary. With a Smittybilt 5.65CFM Compressor, we were able to fill up our set of 37×12.50×15 tires in under 14 minutes.
With a new ARB Twin Compressor and 5 gallon air tank on board air setup, it takes us on average of 5 minutes on the dot to air up our set of four 36×13.50×15 Iroks.
We have personally aired up some 33×12.50×17 tires with a PowerTank in under 45 seconds. And some 38.50×14.50×17 tires with an ARB Twin Compressor in under 15 minutes. If you add an air tank into the mix, you will get even faster times.
Deflating our 37×12.50×15 tires was even quicker at 11 minutes, 9 seconds. Our tires are also mounted on a 3500lb 1st Gen 4Runner. So, your 5,000lb Jeep or 7,000lb full size will air down even quicker with more weight pushing the air out of the tires.
