For the money this dry wall sander is a good deal. It has a lot of the needed and nice features but keeps the price down in other areas. I really appreciate the LED lighting that makes it really easy to see what you are doing especially since all rooms are not lit equally as well.
Worked really well, my house wasn't full of dust this time, which is a huge plus! And so much faster than anything we had used before, was able to get this wall done in one evening with my husband gone! And easy enough to use myself and figure it out! Would recommend! Saves so much time!
Wish I would have had this years ago this makes sanding drywall so much easier. I hooked my shop vac which isn't needed because it has its own dust collection bag but it helped improve the dust collection and it almost left no dust at all. It is a little heavy and the variable speed could improve but it's overall performance for the price was phenomenal. I left it on low and it worked just fine . It came with various grits of sandpaper. I found that 150 and180 work best for me also came with a bag to fold it up and store it away which is nice. It saved me so much time. Would highly recommend this for smaller to medium size projects you won't regret it.
Sands very quickly highly recommend saves a bunch of time you can do a room in about 8 minutes well worth the money just can't stay in one spot too long decently heavy
I tested it out and it worked great. I was worried it may be be too aggressive but it was not. The vacuum works fairly well at preventing the dust clouds I used to get while hand sanding. It's does have a fair amount of heavier sandings that fall under it. If vacuum were a bit stronger it would collect this as well. Drywall finishing is never going to be clean, but this does do a great job of sanding and collecting the fine dust. Use 240 or finer grit.
