    Works great

Works great. Use the mallet to get it in as far as you can so it bites. Then use the ratchet to slowly turn it out while keeping pressure on the tool, until it breaks loose.

    Hammer it in

During my first attempt the extractor was not biting onto the drain wall, and hence moving freely when I tried to turn it. Driving the extractor into the drain by hitting it hard with the hammer - made all the difference!

    Gets the job done

Worth every penny and gets the job done, I had a bathtub drain 17 years old stuck. Make sure to use a hammer to gently pound in the extractor then use a socket wrench, press down firmly while turning.
