A: There is a lever behind the lock that you have to move, then set your combination, then return the lever to the original position. It should have come with instructions showing how to do it.

1. Input the correct password.
2. Knock the shell a few times (because the product is waterproof fully sealed).
3. Wait for the box to enter some air, thus breaking the vacuum.
4. Use a little more force to open the box.
