This tool seems to be extremely well made . The tin snips that came with are as good or better than any others I own. I ordered it because I wanted to start making some things with sheet metal, but I didn't know where to begin. When I saw this tool I decided I could begin by having the right tools for the job. Using this bending tool I completed my first sheet metal project
Amazing tool
This is exactly as described in the vendor's description, pictures and video. Getting ready to start some ductwork modifications on the workshop and this will be super useful. Easy to use and built very soildly. Built better than I expected. Makes nice crisp edges.
This tool is pretty impressive when you start working with it. They've done a good job using quality metals and precise positioning with rollers. They've put a ruler on all three stations instead of just one as most other manufacturers do. You just have to slide this on one end of the metal and move it rolling consistently down the sheet and you can even sled one end of rollers off the end of the metal so it remains a consistent bend. Actually, you can create a perfect curved bend as well since the middle station can be moved. I feel like small business would benefit greatly from this tool. They'd save a lot of waste and scrap
